&lt;em&gt;vivnidhi,yes do give it a try. I used Mrs Dash teriyaki sauce,but you can try any. mrs Dash teriyaki sauce has red chilli flakes and pineapple peices that you can see,other sauces just have flavorings. let me know how it goes..&lt;/em&gt;</description>

		<description>They are from the same genus: garcinia. So amsol / kokum and kudampuli are related.

Kudampuli is Garcinia cambogia or garcinia gummi-gutta
Kokum is Garcinia indica.

Kudampuli has a very different flavor from kokum. It is very sour and has a different smell, too. Hope this helps!
